Refund Policy

The core of Oakbough Family is free forever, and you can try PRO for 30 days inside the app first — so you can make up your mind before any money changes hands. A purchase is one-time (no subscription, nothing renews). If you buy and it still isn't right:

• 14 days, no questions asked. Ask within 14 days of your purchase (the days run from the date you bought) — and you get a full refund to the original payment method.
• How: email contact@oakbough.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt.
• Who refunds: Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), the merchant of record for every purchase, processes the refund; the money usually arrives within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• After a refund the license key is deactivated automatically. Your files stay on your disk, readable as plain text — that part was never conditional.

As the seller of record, Paddle also handles the statutory right of withdrawal under its buyer terms. This policy is more generous than that statutory minimum, sits on top of it, and never limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
