Refund Policy

StemmaFiles starts with a 90-day free trial, so you can make up your mind before any money changes hands. If you buy and it still isn't right:

14 days, no questions asked. Ask within 14 days of any charge — the first purchase or a renewal (we know renewals can catch you by surprise) — and you get a full refund to the original payment method.
How: email contact@stemmafiles.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; the money usually arrives within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After a refund the license key is deactivated. Your files stay on your disk, readable as plain text — that part was never conditional.

This policy sits on top of, and never limits, your statutory rights as a consumer — including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.
